Had a clogged AC drain and Julian helped me fix it in just a few minutes!! Turns out my hot water heater was also leaking. Not only did Julian respond VERY QUICKLY again, he went with me to scoop up a new water heater at Lowe's and had the old one out and the new one installed in a few hours!! On a Saturday š Exceptional work, expeditious response, and did the work for an extremely great price!! I called a few other companies and they couldn't even make it out on the same day and of course would have cost THOUSANDS more. Less money, faster service, ZERO corporate hassle since he's self-employed. BUY LOCAL!! It's always better. Thank you Julian!!

My plumbing backed up today and I called another company and was told they would be out in 30-45 minutes. An hour later I was still waiting. I called back and was told it would be at least another hour. I called Julian at Rooter Express he was at my house fixed my issue doubled checked everything and was finished in less than an hour. He is very professional his work is excellent.! I highly recommend him.

Julian was very professional and explained that he was gonna have to get up on the roof to run a snake to unclog our kitchen sink and explained that this would be $80 more than the original quote but i appreciated him being up front about that. His price was still way better than the larger company I called who wanted to charge me upwards of $500+
I definitely will call on Julian again.
