Do not use these guys!!! At least, if you have to use them, make sure the owner Rob doesn’t come to work on your issue. This guy is a straight up con man and he does not care whether or not your problem is solved, as long as he gets his money.
I called these guys to come over and replace a UV bulb in my water treatment system, which had blown due to a power outage on my street. I provided the bulb and cover for him to install.
I was on the road at the time so over the phone we agreed to $300 total.. For labor and what else? I’m not sure. I thought he only charged about $150 for labor, not $300. So already I was paying $150 more than I should have.
When I got out of my car to talk to him, he bombarded me with an extra $160 charge because of extra labor due to him “having to remove glass that was left down there from the previous hack job he did. So that’s $460 total for installing a single UV bulb and cover, which I paid for myself and provided for him.
When I reminded him that we agreed on $300 And let him know I wouldn’t be paying any more than that, he freaked out and started aggressively walking towards me and yelling at me, saying that all he does is rescue me whenever I have a problem and that I don’t appreciate him enough. This entire interaction was caught on my door camera.
As you can see in the video below, he didn’t remove the glass and he didn’t put a new filter in the treatment system. He also left a bunch of garbage down there.
It’s not worth the money and time to sue him in court, and he knows that most people won’t sue him, so he does terrible work and gets away with it. I can’t speak about the other plumbers on his team. But if I had to give any advice, I’d tell you to stay far away from these guys. Better to be safe than sorry.

I had a great experience with Rob. He took time to understand my requirements, answered all my questions, communicated things effectively and was very good about keeping things organized throughout the planning/scheduling process. His work is top notch and evidences high attention to detail. He's knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Our long-time plumber was not responsive to our request to install a new kitchen faucet, which we had purchased to replace a broken faucet. We called Rob Rozz based on references from friends and from the many positive reviews on Facebook’s Newtown Neighbors Unite page.
Robb returned my call after hours on the day I reached out to him. He had one of his skilled plumbers at our house by 10:00 the next morning.
Kyle did a great job on the installation and we thought the price was very reasonable.
Rob Rozz and team deliver a level of customer service that is all too rare these days.

Chris was courteous, efficient and worked diligently to solve the problem, which turned out to be quite extensive. He kept at it until it was corrected. He even did a great cleanup job. My call for service was answered and addressed the same day, which was a great relief for me and I’m impressed with Rob Rozz’s service.

Rob was very quick to respond and schedule my appointment. Tech Chris came out and took care of our issues quickly and efficiently- he did a phenomenal job at explaining what what going on with my plumbing so I could understand the work being done. 10/10 highly recommend!
