I called ARS for their amazing offer to service my mini split system. Ryan showed up about an hour earlier than I was expecting and was kind and accommodating and waited for me to get home. He was very experienced, knowledgeable and thorough, making sure all of my units were communicating to each other correctly. I was concerned the main outside unit had some debris inside and he cleaned it out as well as raked around the unit and put the pile of leaves into my compost bin. If Ryan comes to service your home you will be in good hands!

ARS Rescue Rooter instructs their leadership to be dishonest, overcharge clients, and continually increase prices past original signed contract agreements. The fact that I am a woman made ARS Rescue Rooter leadership feel comfortable to continuously increase their prices post signed contract agreements. After a thorough camera inspection of my entire sewage system, they stated I would only need to
Pay $7,500. Then, they increased the price to $17,500 with another signed contract that would total $24,980 which was increased after the initial contract was signed, and the project was started. Lastly, Leadership increased the price to $45,000. I terminated my business with ARS Rescue Rooter after the $45,000 they wanted to attach to complete the job. They threatened to report me to the county for active sewage leaks, which the newly hired plumbing company confirmed there were no active sewage leaks. All they did was the initial thorough camera inspection, then created the hole, created dual sweeps, and left the newly unattached pipes designated to create the new sewage line. A new plumbing company will start tomorrow, Tuesday, 11/11/25, and I’ll be paying $9,500 for the same work interventions, and a faster project completion time. I would never recommend this plumbing company to anyone. I do not think they treat women fairly and they took advantage of me because I’m a woman. They willingly and unethically took my $7,500, did very little work, and threatened to report me to the county. These are the pictures of their work.

Very fast and courteous service men to estimate on first visit and install a day later. Appt time was moved from late afternoon to mid morning on Memorial Day weekend . I was impressed with the expertise and professionalism of this company..

We were having an issue with the shower diverter (water coming out) and my husband tried to fix it but it didn’t work out. I called ARS Rescue Rooter San Diego which they were open 24hr. I was able to talk to someone and schedule an appointment for them to come that morning. Thank God. The technician Ed Kroshchuk was very friendly and helpful in fixing the issue. My dog Loki loved him. I highly recommend ARS to the rescue!

Truly the worst company, go anywhere else. A couple of weeks ago, we were lured in to the cheap AC tune-up offer that they were running, not long after this service the thermostat stopped getting power, I called them and they said they would get someone out between 2 and 6 on the same day. It started working again, so I canceled the appointment. Unfortunately, within an hour it stop working, so I called and made the appointment again and got a text message to confirm they would be out that same day, between two and six. By 7 PM I haven't heard anything so I called them and spoke to someone who said they would get a dispatch to call me back, never heard back (shocker). Called again and the next person said no, we weren't on the schedule and the best they could do was next day between 2 and 6. The warranty technician came out today, said he had it fixed the issue, left but within 2 hours the problem was back and no ac again. I called them to get them back out and they said they'd be back out same day between 2 and 6. I then get a phone call at 5pm to say no , they won't make it and I'd have to wait again until tomorrow, even though the confirmed my appointment and now to get anyone other company out I will be paying an out of hours fee.
Your cheap service caused this issue, you didn't fix anything on today's visit and now you want me to wait another 24 hours for you to try again? Not a chance. Especially after getting attitude from everyone I speak with on the phone.
