🚨 Fraud. Arturo (the owner and technician) is unreliable.
He's very friendly when you're selling, BUT he disappears at the first sign of trouble.
I've been chasing him for two months to fix something he broke himself, and even though he always says he'll come, he keeps leaving me hanging and never gives any warning. He just vanishes until I contact him again… Terrible!
Don't risk dealing with someone so unprofessional. Arturo won't take responsibility if something goes wrong.

⚠️Be careful, you could get scammed! I recently requested some services. A young man and a boy came to do the work, but they botched both the sink and the water heater replacement. I went upstairs to check on my water tank, and they hadn't even cleaned it, even though that service was included in the package. They just drained the water. The next day, they supposedly came to fix what they had done wrong. They only fixed the sink and the water heater, saying they would come back another day with someone else to fix the rest. But they haven't been back since. I called them several times, and they just kept saying they were busy. I sent them a WhatsApp message, and they're not responding. They also refuse to refund the money for the service they didn't do or the minimal materials they bought with the advance payment. I'm posting this so you can be careful with any advance payments you make.

They arrived on time on the agreed day, quickly and efficiently repaired the problem I had, and even fixed an additional issue I requested. The price was very reasonable, they were super professional, and I will definitely hire them again.

Above all, they are very responsible and know their job; they are truly professional. I was delighted with their service and efficiency. I had seen other plumbers, but they didn't know how to fix the problem I had, and the professional who came fixed it quickly and very cleanly. The price was fair; thank you very much. I highly recommend them.
