Amazing service!! I called last minute hoping to upgrade my parent’s old leaky kitchen faucet as a Father’s Day gift and they gave me a quote on the spot. They even helped me pick a faucet that matched my needs! Not only was the installation a success but Lorenzo was extremely professional and polite. Best Family Owned Plumbing business that I have ever dealt with and they make you feel like family! 10/10 service!!

I texted them and once we connected I was able to explain the issue and send pictures. We had full discussion, pictures of faucets and set price. Of course the one chosen was out of stock at store. I was sent picture of a similar but better one. I approved price difference. I was sent a link that showed a picture of who was coming to do the service. This is a very nice feature!! We reviewed the service and I signed on the tablet giving authorization. Everything was previously agreed. I really like the new faucet!!!! Very Professional. My old sinks plumbing is up to current CA conservation standards now (faucet and under the sink)! I would use this service provider again. So glad they were recommended to me.

I called and Richard, the owner, gave me a competitive quote to fix my water heater. But before scheduling the appointment he asked if we tried lighting it correctly. I wasn’t sure. So, while on the phone Richard walked me through the process and save us a bunch of money! I know who to call next time we have any plumbing issues! Honest, fair and truly cares for his customers!

We had Renowned come out to clear and repair a damaged patio drain. They were prompt and did a great job. Chris made sure that we were satisfied when he was done and informed us about each step along the way. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
