When our hot water heater broke down over the weekend they were able to come out and assess immediately. We needed a replacement and they were able to put one in immediately, even though it was a weekend. Great price and friendly service. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Ready Rooter was so helpful today. I called 4 companies before I reached one that could help me with an emergency plumbing situation today. Everyone else was booking a week or 2 out including the company I usually use. The technician. Ray, was extremely kind, helpful, polite, detailed along the way and everything he told me worked out as promised.

We have used Remedy Rooter for many years. From toilet fixes to a HUGE job with our kitchen remodel in 2018. Our most recent job was replacing our water heater. Graham was able to get us on the schedule quickly which we appreciated because we had no hot water. Juan, the tech, was knowledgeable and professional. He came on time and left the area tidy when he was done. We have been happy and satisfied with every job RR has done for us.

I had an urgent repair on a leaking dishwasher line under the kitchen sink. I went online late morning and received a response in minutes confirming that a plumber would be available later in the afternoon. Jesus arrived mid afternoon and made quick work of the repair. He was also very professional and friendly.

Eli has helped our office twice now and both experiences have been so excellent! We had a leaking toilet and a spraying faucet and he got them fixed like it was no big deal. He’s extremely professional, works quickly, and gets the job done right the first time. Communication was easy, and everything was handled efficiently. 10/10 — highly recommend!
