This company was hired to determine the sewer smell in our condominium. They determined the hot water heater was the cause of the smell. They recommended to remove and disinfect the hot water heater full of a bacteria in the system, tried to charge us $1000.00 to perform this service. Due to the age of the hot water heater we had it replaced. Did not fix the problem. Called Redi Rooter to come and inspect again because they gave the wrong diagnosis, they said they would charge another Diagnosis Fee. So we hired another company and they said the wax rings in the toilet needed to be replaced. They replaced them, no more smell in our condominium. We wasted $1500.00 on a hot water heater that didn't need to be replaced. I wouldn't recommend this company to change a toilet seat. They Suck. And this is Mike at One Laurel Place

Called Al to request a service at 4 PM, he had a guy out here the next morning. Chris was our plumber, he came in and was able to immediately diagnose our issue. We had a clogging issue with our neighborly units (whom we are all connected to with our sewage), he found the issue and addressed it with our property manager. Recommend using them again!

As a new homeowner, finding the right repair people for various things has been tough - it's hard to know you're getting a good deal when you've never paid for that type of service before. I had a main sewer line clog over the holiday weekend and knew that I needed my sewer line snaked. Several plumbers that I called prior to Redi-Rooter would not quote their prices for a snake over the phone. They needed to send someone to diagnose the problem which would cost $85+ for the "service call." And no - that price would not come off the price of the actual work. Those that would estimate a price came in around $250 with an additional $85-100 "service call charge."
I called Redi-Rooter on Labor day and the person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, offering tips to see if we could work around the situation ourselves. He offered us a price over the phone (much less than previous quotes without the service charge) for snaking our sewer, with the obvious caveat - could be more if there are bigger problems. He offered to send someone that day, or if we could to wait until first thing Tuesday, he could save us at least $45 dollars, avoiding the holiday rates. (We opted for the cheaper Tuesday option)
The plumber called at 8:15 am, prior to showing up at my door, and was at the house by 8:30 as promised. They were polite, efficient, answered all my questions, and were done within an hour, after making sure every drain was draining, every toilet was flushing, etc. The final price actually came in less than what I was quoted over the phone!! (And was a fraction of the previous quotes I had gotten from other plumbers) I was 100% happy with the customer service, actual service, and the price!
Thanks so much! I hope I don't have to call you any time soon, but if anything plumbing-related happens, Redi-Rooter is my new go-tol!
