This is the second time we've hired Raptor, and I'd now consider them my go-to company for plumbing issues. They are amazingly responsive. Scheduling is quick and easy. Communication is top notch from start to finish. They give you a service window and then text with an actual and accurate ETA. They assessed my second repair on a Sunday. They don't charge for service calls. Their quotes have been competitive and accurate. Eyasu has been our service provider for both repairs. He does excellent work - and his professionalism, expertise and positive vibe seriously deserve their own mention.

Had a great experience with Raptor Plumbing & Sewer! Big shoutout to Jason for coming out to do the bid—super quick, professional, and genuinely funny. Let’s be honest, it’s hard to say no to a guy who looks like he’s about 9 feet tall (kidding… but also not really 😄).
Also huge props to Roy and Scott, the plumbers who handled the job. They’re the perfect duo—Roy brings the volume and energy, while Scott keeps things calm and quiet, so together they’re basically the perfect plumbing yin and yang.
They did an awesome job on the shower and sink work, and the drain installation went smooth with no issues at all. Everything turned out great!
Highly recommend this crew if you want quality work done by people who actually make the whole process enjoyable.
