I had called another 24/7 plumber, after about a half hour, I called and left a message at Ram Plumbing. 10 minutes later, I got a call back and was told a plumber would be on his way soon. David showed up sooner than I expected. We discussed the repair I needed and he told me his plan to make the repairs. David was thorough in keeping me informed as he made the repairs. I will keep Ram in my contacts and highly recommend them. Thank you, David and Ram Plumbing!

Our ruptured water line required quick repair and Ram did a great job from the initial inspection and quote they were professional and great to work with. Francisco came up with a great idea to save us time and money. Great people to work with! Highly recommend!

Just a truly great experience from the very start.
Martha was very friendly, very accommodating and very understanding of the situation.
She set up an appointment with Kyle.
What an absolutely great guy, and certainly a great ambassador for the company.
His attention to detail In finding the problem and the way he went about conducting himself in such a professional and friendly manner was very reassuring. Which put us at ease.
He showed us the issue that we had and explained his remedy for the issue.
He arrived on time and went about the task in a manner that was very respectful and very friendly.
If you’re in the Tucson area and you need a plumbing company this is the only choice.
If you’re lucky enough to get Kyle, you’re getting the best of the best.

Kyle was excellent. Ram was flexible with scheduling and Kyle called with advance notice of his arrival as requested. He was knowledgeable, personable, and extremely patient and helpful. We had a few plumbing issues to address and all of our issue sand questions were taken care of. We will continue to use Ram as our Tucson plumber.
