Brad and John were great! Super knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed talking with them, but most importantly I really appreciate the work! They were able to install an EV charger in my garage and it was a bit challenging, but John and Brad were creative and got it done. It looks clean and works very well. Outstanding Service From Start to Finish! Home Service Pros delivered an exceptional experience from the very first phone call to the final walkthrough. We had a new toilet installed and our water heater flushed, and the entire process was smooth, efficient, and handled with real professionalism.
Our technician, August, was excellent. He was personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He took the time to explain what he was doing, made sure everything was installed and functioning perfectly, and left the work areas spotless. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill with such a friendly, respectful demeanor, and August absolutely stood out.
The customer service team deserves just as much praise. From the receptionist who took our initial call to the team members who followed up on the estimate, everyone was polite, organized, and genuinely pleasant to work with. It’s clear this company values communication and treats customers with care.

Home Service Pros has consistently completed every electrical task that was needed at my home. Their electricians John and Brad have been here from the start since before we moved into this home and have replaced multiple outlets, installed new outlets including wall outlets for TV wall hanging and an outdoor outlet on a fence. John brought my electrical panel up to code which was noted on my home inspection, changed required outlets to GFI and mounted a flag mount on brick outside the front door. In the most recent visit, Brad changed a towel warmer switch, replaced two outlets and installed a camera floodlight above the garage which required extensive drilling through the wall and installing the wiring.
Home Service Pros also did some plumbing work including replacing the kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal and repairing the sealing around the tiles in the laundry room.

This company and its employees are fantastic. Matt Loring handled our corroded cast iron utility pipe replacement. We had two other estimates and both included removing the HVAC unit and water heater to get under the concrete flooring, to include jackhammering thru hallway flooring and bathroom floor tile. My husband is wheelchair bound as a result of a stroke. The lower floor had been renovated for his wheelchair and care. There is no other easy access to his living area. Home Service Pros are angels in disguise! They assessed the area and suggested a workaround above the floor and behind the HVAC and water heater. I thought they still had to chisel thru the hallway but they didn't think we needed to continue to the bath. We scheduled and they called with a change to move us to an earlier date. They called again and asked if they could "prep" the day before and I assumed they needed to clear the area for the next day's work. Surprise, they came in and within 5 hours - they had completed the entire job! And they were so considerate of our living situation - they worked under and around the flooring. Amazing - so kind and honest and a significant job at a lower quote. I don't do reviews but they go above and beyond in customer care. It has been a hard time in the past two years but there are "angels" out there. Thank you Matt, Cody, and Home Service Pros!

Fast response and excellent service. The technician named August came out and took care of the problem. His great communication and honesty made the experience low stress and a pleasant one. He took the time to explain the problem in detail, gave us options and worked with us on the fee before starting the work. He took care of the problem efficiently and we are happy with the outcome plus were very pleased the cost was less than we had anticipated. His service is exemplary. Highly recommend.
