I have used Quality Rooter for years now. They are my go to plumber. I am a property manager so I encounter a lot of need for a good plumber. Cherilyn and Eric are amazing. Each and every time I have to call they are out to the property within a timely manner. Eric is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Cherilyn is amazing at getting her guys out here to take care of my problems. We are on a quarterly jetting program with them and without fail they are here right on time each time. I personally would not use anyone else. If you are looking for a quality (no pun intended) professional plumbing company give them a call!!

I have used Quality for several plumbing issues. Yesterday had a new hot water heater installed. Love working with a small locally owned company! From setting up the appt to the final bag of trash going out the door 5 star service!!

What a fantastic plumbing company with kind and knowledgeable employees. I had a leak in my old hot water heater and called Quality Rooter to come and check it out. They showed up extremely quick and in no time, I had a new unit installed. The plumber was very respectful and courteous and had answers to all my questions. I would definitely recommend this company to family, friends, or anybody in need of a plumber!!!!

When my main line needed repair/replacing, my first call was to Quality Rooter & Plumbing. My call was taken immediately and Eric Peterson responded in a timely fashion, showing up ready and willing to tackle my issues in a professional manner. He explained the problem to me in a way I was able to understand and took care of the issues at an affordable cost.
