Incompetence. Left my basement wet with a dripping filter because the technician didn’t check seal before he left. This is the second time this company has done this. Would not recommend to anyone.

Sean was in contact with me when he got near our driveway...when he got to the job site he went over the problem with us and went right to work..we had water within 30 minutes..he stayed to be sure there were no leaks, cleaned up and took away all old parts and the old tank..he helped us put the roof back on the pump house..we paid him and he emailed me a receipt..my husband told me to "make sure I did not lose this guy's number". We were very happy with Sean.
