The owner, Ryan, came out to fix a clogged toilet. He was so nice and had a great sense of humor! Ryan was honest and did not price gouge! He didn’t try to talk us into services we didn’t need (or want) or upsell us on new products. It’s rare to find a business owner that is honest, hardworking, quick and trustworthy but Ryan and Pureflo Plumbing is that diamond in the rough! Thanks so much for taking care of us Ryan!!

Amazing People!!
From start to finish dealing with PureFlo was awesome. From the crew working on the home itself to the owner of the company, everyone was polite and very professional.
On site, Marcel and crew were great to work with. Our job included a whole home re-pipe, water heater install, and concrete trenching to a new kitchen island. This job lasted 4 days and Marcel made sure to contact me at least once a day with updates including pictures.
Not once did anyone at PureFlo hide from my questions and gave what I thought were straightforward and honest answers. They cleaned up well after each day on the job. After full completion, I received numerous photos of the work completed - even in the areas of the attic I wouldn’t normally visit.

Needed assistance with changing out the main shut off valve for my condo. The plumber who helped me today was Cameron, and he arrived right when he said he would, did a neat and tidy job and was a polite professional. All around good experience, and I’ll be calling Pure Flo again.

Highly Recommend: I woke up to water all over my garage on a Monday morning. I reached out to PureFlo right before 8am and spoke directly with the owner. Cameron came to my house and the water leak in my main water line was repaired by 10am. Everyone was kind and professional. The price was fair!! I'm so glad I called PureFlo! Thank you.
