We have been extremely pleased with Pulliam Plumbing over the years. We are annual subscribers ($200/year) and have our home proactively checked twice a year, which has given us a lot of confidence in the condition of our plumbing system. We have also purchased both a new water heater and a new water softener from Pulliam, and the quality of workmanship has been consistently excellent.
While they may not be the least expensive option, the value is absolutely there. Their work is thorough, professional, and done right the first time. Every technician we’ve worked with — Glenn, Chris, Dustin, and Matt — has been knowledgeable, respectful, and clearly takes pride in their work.
A special thank you to Susan, who coordinates all of our proactive visits. She does a fantastic job working around our schedules and keeping everything organized, which makes the entire experience seamless.

My neighbor highly recommended Pulliam & I'm very pleased with their services. Clear communication, on time & prompt installation of a new hot water heater in my home today. Everything was as promised & they left the area of installation cleaner than they found it. No upselling here...just good people, competent professionals. Chris responded within 24 hours to my initial phone call with an on-site inspection of our hot water tank. He inspected the tank and determined it must be replaced, noting it was still under warranty. He then scheduled the service for the next business day! Matt was the technician who performed the removal & replacement task. He is commendably professional, courteous, and (most importantly) competent. He was also conscientious in ensuring the work site remained clean during and after the installation. Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with their response and work, and heartily recommend them to anyone! (Note: Despite selecting the cost "$1,000+" I earnestly believe the total cost was very reasonable given the necessity and urgency of the work as well as their rapid response and completion of the entire task from first contact to completion.)
