Christain was amazing. I like details and he explained everything very well. He came in after another plumbing company did a bad install of our tankless hit water heater. Now we are enjoying all the benefits of having hot water quickly to the other side of our home.He even corrected the venting for it.

Nate was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and had a professional work ethic. I had a series of questions and he answered each one of them patiently and took his time to explain the reason for the issues we were experiencing In the master bathroom shower.
While Nate was at our home, he noticed that the strainer basket needed to be replaced in the laundry room sink. Because we were pressed for time, and I need to go out of the country on a family emergency, we will address this issue when we return. Everything was clearly explained to us when he was here.
He brought his tools and got into the drain and cleaned it out for us. He then brought his scope/camera so I could visualize it all on the tablet. We have been with A#1 Air for more than 10 years and they are the absolute best and I am grateful that you are in their books should we need you in the future.

Jason arrived as scheduled. He was courteous, professional and soft spoken. The installation looks great and he kept things clean. He had to do some extra stuff to bringvthe old house up to code.
