We came home from travel to a busted water heater and flooded garage. Whoop! Dustin and Darren were able to come by the next day and get us back up and running with new apparatus, piping, and updated standards. They were so kind and helpful in talking us through the whys and hows, and even helped us think through first steps of some separate items on our to do list.

I can’t say enough about the service I received from Proline Plumbing in my time of need. The office staff are absolutely professional and caring, I was unfortunately upset over the loss of my hot water and the ladies were understanding and so nice. The Plumber Nick was on time and very professional and knowledgeable and worked hard to resolve the issue with my hot water. He was so polite, courteous and kind. We had a plumbing failure requiring a diagnosis and repair, both of which were handled promptly by Darren of Proline Plumbing & Sewer.
Darren was very courteous, tidy, efficient and helpful. He quickly diagnosed the issue, consulted with us before initiating the repair, completed the repair, tidied up, and told us to let him know if we had other issues.

We had a great experience with Proline thanks to Darren’s professionalism and expertise. He came out to our facility to inspect our storm drains using a camera and took the time to thoroughly assess the situation before he attempted to clear the blockage with hydro jetting.
Although the issue couldn’t be fully resolved due to broken pipes and significant root intrusion, Darren was able to quickly and accurately pinpoint the problem. His transparency and clear communication made a big difference, and we really appreciated how straightforward and professional he was throughout the process.
Highly recommend Proline for their knowledgeable team and honest service!
