Greg and Alex was sent out 1 hour later. Had an issue with a clogged drain in the shower and bathroom sink. They were able to get both drains unclogged within 30min!
Had Called rotor rooter the night before and they told me they couldn't access my clean out drain because it had a p-trap which was not the case.
Greg was great at explaining everything they were doing before doing the work and ensuring I approved the work before it was done. Definitely would recommend using them again!

Our main line was backed up bad and Greg really saved the day by getting a crew out here on such short notice. I wasn't expecting anyone to be available for at least a week but he managed to squeeze us into the schedule for some much needed hydrojetting in Bellflower before things got even worse. The guys showed up exactly when they said they would and didn't waste any time getting the equipment set up or making a mess of my driveway. It is rare to find an owner who actually answers the phone and follows through these days so I am definitely keeping their number for next time. Would you like me to generate another review using the Tuesday "Relieved" style for a different service?

The old tank finally died and I just needed a new one in the garage without any hassle. I called Profix and they actually got a crew out here to handle a full water heater installation within the same day which is rare for Los Angeles. No long winded sales pitches or hidden fees at the end of the job. They just swapped the units out and made sure the pilot light was solid before heading out. Solid work and I would definitely use them again if another appliance gives up.

Profix was very responsive over text one evening. We noticed our kitchen line was backed up so we hired Alex to come out. He was very knowledgeable and was able to unclog our drain within a few minutes. From there he used his drain camera to check the health of our pipes and diagnose some other potential repairs. Our home was built in 1952 so I know of some of the issues he pointed out. Our first experience was very positive and will look to hire Alex again in the future.

Any time I have a plumbing need, Greg from Profix has always been helpful. I have used them several times over the last few years for everything from faucet replacement to a big sewer line replacement and any issues are always identified and fixed correctly the first time. Customer service is excellent, prices are very reasonable and I can typically schedule an appointment within a day or two. Profix Drains is the only plumbing company I plan to use for any future services!
