Arrived on schedule and was very cordial. Took pics of leak in crawlspace and explained issue and needed repair and provided cost quote. Completed repair and provided invoice. All the while Bill was extremely pleasant and professional. Great experience although a bit pricey.

Prime Plumbing did outstanding work on an off and on clogged sewer line we’ve been dealing with for months. After multiple plumbing companies came out to try to find the issue, these guys came in and found our issue quickly and were able to get us back up and running. Very knowledgeable and top notch equipment and sewer tech the other companies didn’t have. Can’t recommend enough!

Jeff and his crew came to my house today in Salisbury and they were great. I appreciate that they were actually honest and told me that I don't need a repair after all. They did a thorough inspection and from our conversation I could tell they had a lot of expertise. I'll definitely call them again for any plumbing needs in the future. I also appreciate that they were easy to get ahold of when I reached out to them.
