Precision plumbing has been my go to for all my plumbing needs literally for over 10 years. A few words come to mind when I think of the service this business provides, that is: competent, reliable, and honest, their pricing is also great. Shout out to Robert McCormick. He always explains everything and provides excellent customer service. I recently had my garbage disposal replaced and reverse osmosis water filter installed. I had a great experience with Precision Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. Robert, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue with our bathroom. Our urinal had been consistently running, and he was able to not only fix the problem permanently but also explain exactly what was causing it.
He went a step further by installing a shut-off valve, which gives us peace of mind in case we ever need to turn off the water without going all the way to the meter. That kind of attention to detail really stood out.
The pricing was very fair and consistent with the work performed. Overall, I highly recommend this company—professional, efficient, and reliable. 5/5.

I had work done by Precision Plumbing on 2/3/26, and Paul and his associate did an exceptional job. Paul explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable with the work he was going to do.
In addition to the plumbing work, there were some issues with the heating system. Paul went above and beyond by working with the heating technicians to help resolve the problem. The next morning, he even called to make sure I had heat and that everything was working properly.
