Precision plumbing has been my go to for all my plumbing needs literally for over 10 years. A few words come to mind when I think of the service this business provides, that is: competent, reliable, and honest, their pricing is also great. Shout out to Robert McCormick. He always explains everything and provides excellent customer service. I recently had my garbage disposal replaced and reverse osmosis water filter installed. I had a great experience with Precision Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. Robert, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue with our bathroom. Our urinal had been consistently running, and he was able to not only fix the problem permanently but also explain exactly what was causing it.
He went a step further by installing a shut-off valve, which gives us peace of mind in case we ever need to turn off the water without going all the way to the meter. That kind of attention to detail really stood out.
The pricing was very fair and consistent with the work performed. Overall, I highly recommend this company—professional, efficient, and reliable. 5/5.

I had a complicated kitchen faucet replacement job that required an experienced plumber. Eddie and his team removed the old faucet (tight space, hard to reach nuts and connectors, and complicated setup) and installed the new one professionally and quickly at a great price. My new faucet (plus sprayer) works and looks great thanks to Precision Plumbing. Highly recommend their work.
