My call was picked up right away by a real person, even on a Sunday morning, which made a stressful plumbing issue much easier. Everett arrived about an hour later, was friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in his work. Everett and his crew were prompt, very professional, and quick to handle my plumbing needs. Poole Brothers Plumbing completed a custom gas line installation and installed my tankless water heater for my above ground pool setup. they explained the work clearly, kept the area clean, and made sure everything was working safely before they left. this is the kind of plumbing team i prefer and recommend. now i understand why the 5 star reviews are so strong, and i agree with them. i will definitely use them again for the next plumbing project. they worked from morning to night, and i really appreciated them staying until the job was fully finished. great work and keep it up.

Recently, my old water heater stopped working in my older home, so I went out and bought a replacement. I also arranged for installation and removal of the old heater through the store, which set up a local plumbing company to handle the job. Not long after, I got a call from the plumbing team to schedule a time for a technician to come by and take a look at what would be needed for the new water heater installation. Leo, the tech, arrived the next morning right on time. He was very professional, friendly, and quickly figured out everything that was needed to get the new water heater in place. I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to schedule the installation for later that same day. I was given a time window in the afternoon, and then got a call letting me know when the plumbers were on their way. Everett and another plumber showed up right on time and got started immediately. They finished installing the new water heater in less than an hour, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Both of them were polite, professional, and worked efficiently. After speaking with a few other big plumbing companies about fixing my master bathroom faucet, I made one more call and was able to get an appointment for the very next day. They showed up as promised, checked the faucet issue quickly, and handled the repair with real skill and care. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the pricing was very fair for the work done. The other estimates I received for the same faucet repair were way too high, so it was a relief to find plumbers who are honest, experienced, and reasonable.
