They finished installing the new water heater in less than an hour, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Both of them were polite, professional, and worked efficiently. Poole Brothers Plumbing gave excellent plumbing service. The plumber was quick, professional, and very efficient while resetting three toilets and replacing the parts inside each tank. He explained the toilet repair work clearly, kept everything organized, and made sure each fixture was working the right way before leaving. When the job before ours took longer than expected, he called right away with an update and a realistic arrival time, which was very helpful and appreciated. A problem came up with the third toilet tank, and Everett handled it in a very fair and professional way. He credited the cost of the replacement tank that my father had already purchased and returned to install it with no extra labor charge. That kind of honest service and strong communication is hard to find. The whole experience felt smooth, respectful, and customer focused from start to finish. Knowing that one of the plumbing and heating systems in our building would eventually need replacement, we asked Poole Brothers Plumbing to come out to our property in Tucson and inspect the buildings. Everett found that the boiler was not operating the way it should and needed to be replaced right away. By the very next day, a new boiler was ready, and Leo and the crew worked hard for two full days to get everything installed and running properly in time for our Sunday morning service in Memorial Hall. The whole process was handled with clear communication, honest advice, and strong plumbing knowledge.
