I really want to honor Plumbing Tree for the exceptional service we were provided. Our tenet who has plumbing experience called to let us know something was going on with the toilet and he couldn’t figure it out. They desperately needed it fixed as soon as possible. I contacted Freddy in the evening, and he immediately contacted my tenets to make sure he could rule out a plumbing emergency. Once he did he got his team out there by 9am the next day! They called me and told me the problem and the price to fix it and they were available to fix it on the spot. One of the most valuable parts to me about this is that they did a free home plumbing evaluation and made me aware of everything plumbing about our home. Things that they listed as needing attention was done in an educational manner and not pushy to get the sale or scare me into doing it 911. Everyone I dealt with seemed super kind and trustworthy. I highly recommend them!

Steven took care of us! We had a surprise water leak around our water heater, and Steven was able to find out what the cause was same day in order to prevent further water damage. He was very thorough and pleasant and made the whole process enjoyable, which is amazing for a plumbing event. I’m really grateful for Steven and Plumbing Tree for always taking care of us.
