Plumbing Pals really save the day for us. Our water heater went on a Sunday night, which happened to be both Mother’s Day and my birthday and we didn’t notice until around 8 PM. I called Plumbing Pals, and even though they didn’t have any appointments until Tuesday, they were able to squeeze us in on Monday to replace our water heater. The team was quick and efficient, explained everything well and truly minimized the disruption to our lives. Not only that, but when my husband thought he’d found a leak after they’d left, the guys happily returned to confirm that there was no issue. Happy to have found a reliable provider; we will definitely be using Plumbing Pals again!!

Plumbing pals are awesome Tommy and his crew can out immediately to unclog my main drain for my rental property in west Philadelphia. I called at around 9am Plumbing Pals arrived at 1pm as promised within the 2 hour arrival window. They jetted the main drain aka sewer line and cleared it immediately. They where highly professional and treated my property with care. Cleaning up the work area as if it was there own home. I highly recommend this company. Also there pricing was reasonable for this emergency situation. They didn't try to take advantage of the situation. I will be calling them for any of my future Plumbing needs. my upstairs shower would not drain so I called plumber pals. Two techs worked for over an hour then informed me that in order to remove the block, the trap had to be cut out from below. I consented and they started cutting. Soon after the techs said they had to leave because they had other appointments, another tech would be dispatched, and that I had to pay the $250 fee before they left even though the work had not been completed.
The third tech arrived, opened the hole more to inspect, then placed a call questioning this course of action. After several calls, he cleaned up and informed me that another technician (manager) would be on the way.
The fourth tech (manager) arrived and immediately headed upstairs with tech #3. They cleared the clog and cleaned up after techs 1&2 in under 30 minutes.
While my initial issue was resolved, I can’t help but be grated by this huge (unnecessary ?) hole left in my ceiling that I now have the responsibility to repair.

The guys here all around were very professional and helpful. I usually do all the house work myself but this was one clog I could not clear so I called for an emergency appointment. However, the gentleman who set up my appointment found me an early enough appointment that day so I wouldn’t have to pay any emergency appointment fee, which I greatly appreciated, while not leaving me without a bathroom all day long. The technician who handled my service call, Tommy, was also very helpful by giving me options of how to proceed as well as trying to help me save money. He gave me a few options and prices about how to handle the clog and advised me the cheaper one should take care of my issue but would happily do whichever service I choose. Once we had a game plan Tommy knocked it out in under 30 minutes. He also made sure my basement and bathroom were as clean as they were when he arrived, if not cleaner hahaha. All in all, I am truly grateful for and impressed by Plumbing Pals and will definitely recommend and reuse their services. Thank you gentlemen!!

Plumbing Pals has an excellent response time and provides exceptional service. We previously experienced a major clog in our drainage pipe due to tree roots. They were very fast with responding to our appointment request and had a team at our home in 1 business day at no additional cost.
Travas and his team worked with the city to obtain the appropriate permits, excavated the area, repaired and replaced the infiltrated draining pipe in one day. Their team were consistent professionals, had a great fund of knowledge, and took the time to explain the problem in detail as well as the various means of repairing the drainage pipe. I really appreciated the detail and patience of answering all of our questions without hesitation. I highly recommend Plumbing Pals and look forward to using their services for years to come.
