There’s nothing quite like the feeling when you realize you’re hot water has gone out. Even more so for me since I’m currently dealing with some pretty serious post surgery health issues and absolutely cannot be without hot water. I needed a good plumber and fast! After a quick google search I found My Plumber Today. I’d never heard of them, but they had almost 100% five star reviews which I found to be remarkable. I called, let Maddie know my situation and I had a technician on site in less than an hour! My tank seemed good, albeit outdated, so in an effort to keep cost down we just replaced the heat elements. Unfortunately, despite the appearance of my tank, it needed to be replaced as well. They had a comparable tank in stock and came back the following day to swap it out. Tony and Mitch arrived and brought their A-game. They were the epitome of professionalism and worked with integrity as I had to leave for doctors appointments, working above and beyond all expectations. The cost of parts and labor was very reasonable, but more importantly, the peace of mind that I have now is priceless! A huge thanks to Maddie, Bill, Trent, and especially to Tony and Mitch for making this such a positive experience!

Call this company after a disappointing appointment with Piedmont gas. After my gas meter was exchanged the tech told me I had a gas leak in my attic. Because of this he turned off the line to my gas range. So I had been without my stove for 2 weeks. Finally I scheduled Piedmont to come out and do the repair that was needed. But only to find out that because of their regulations they could not do the repair that was needed. Their rep who came by told me to call a contractor. This was a real episode as the first two numbers I called put me on hold and eventually hung up on me. I was so glad to find plumber today and able to get an appointment the same day. Trent was wonderful. He came in went up into the attic and found the problem. Assess what was needed. Went and got the appropriate part. Came back and replaced it. And then tested my stove to be sure everything was working properly. He was very professional and went about his work and got it done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing or gas line needs that you might have.

Plumber Today acted promptly to our plumbing emergency. Trent, the service tech, did an awesome job in getting us up and running. He assured everything was in working order and cleaned up the area nicely. Highly recommend this company!

I would highly recommend Plumber Today. I called them for a leak between my meter and house. They were able to come out the next day. They texted me letting me know exactly when they would arrive. They gave me a fair estimate and were able to schedule the fix in 3 days. They again texted me to let me know when they would arrive. The entire job was finished the same day. Our water was only turned off for less than an hour whole they ran a new line. Their communication is outstanding. The job was completed in a day for the estimated price. Thank you Plumber Today for a job well done.

We had, what we thought was a major problem with our commode and when Josh got here he quickly evaluated the situation and found out is was quite minor. He replaced the “guts” in about 10 minutes. He was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Plumber Today said our appointment time was 3pm and Josh arrived at 2:55pm.
Could not have been more pleased! Thankful for Plumber Today and their amazing team!!
