Bill took a look, listened to what we wanted and said, "No problem". Just one trip out for a special part and he had both jobs done within 2 hours. What a great guy - easy to work with - I'd definitely call them for other jobs.

Joe and Ian were grate did everything that was entitled on the bid for tankless and more. Awesome customer experience. Brandon was the one who came out looked at the job and bid it. Really the one who seald the deal. Highly recommend. Spokane Valley

I had a great experience with Plumb Zebra. They came out quickly to restore the plumbing at my property after it had been winterized, and it was such a relief to have it handled so fast. Overall, I had a positive experience with Plumb Zebra. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The only hiccup was that the clog wasn’t fully cleared after their visit, which meant we had to take care of the toilet ourselves. That said, when I raised the concern, they handled it quickly and with complete understanding — issuing a partial refund without any hassle. It’s clear they stand behind their work and value their customers. I would definitely use Plumb Zebra again and recommend them to others.
