Phenomenal experience with Carlos today!, we had already a different plumber come out to repair a clog in our company bathrooms but not even 2 hours after did it seem to start having a problem once more. Choosing a plumbing contractor is not easy. The big guys are expensive and it’s not easy to find a quality mom and pop shop. Our framing contractor had worked with Omar before and suggested we give him a chance to quote the job. The young men who assessed the job were really thorough ( which the big name company was not ) and super respectful. The quote came in very reasonable so we decided to give them a shot. We were extremely pleased with that decision! Our project involved a gas line, water and drain. Omar is a master plumber and proved that with his work. He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. They dealt with unforeseen problems quickly without missing a beat and finished the rough in that same day. It is rare to find people who as easy to get along with as Omar and his crew much less contractors. We have been blessed to find both with Plumb Masters.
