Why advertise a 24-hour service if you're not going to answer the phone?

Bad experience. I waited a few days for him to come and stopped looking for someone else, and in the end, his excuse was that I hadn't sent my location. I don't doubt he's good at his job, but his commitment and professionalism leave much to be desired. I would have preferred a simple "I have a job and can't take care of your request," period. Why so many excuses? It's not like I was asking for the service for free.

Zero professionalism, we agreed twice on a date and time for him to arrive to provide the service, on both occasions he stood me up and did not answer my messages.
