They didn't fulfill the service; they literally abandoned the job. Their excuse was that they didn't have the equipment, even though they gave me a quote from the beginning, and I agreed to the job and the price they were going to charge, in addition to the visit fee. They were incredibly unprofessional. If you don't want to have a bad experience and waste time and money, look for another option with committed and professional people.

They're making excuses about not checking and installing the replacement pump, so they're only interested in service if I spend $4,000+ on a new pump? Work is work, I was going to pay them $1,900 anyway. They're making excuses about not working, and I was prepared to pay for that service.

Terrible service. The technician who serviced my toilet broke the water tank and supposedly glued it temporarily. It continued to leak, and he told me that if it wasn't fixed properly, he would look for a replacement tank in his warehouse. After a week and confirming that the glue didn't work, I still haven't received the repair. On top of that, he charged me $1800 for nothing.

Not recommended at all. We contacted them for a specific problem, and they created numerous obstacles, constantly raising the price. We offered solutions, but they rudely refused to implement them. To top it all off, they kept mentioning that the agency was pressuring them and they had to leave quickly. And of course, they didn't resolve the issue we had requested.
Unprofessional, terrible service, and extremely expensive.
