Their response times are incredibly slow. I never saw any real interest in providing service. I contacted them constantly to find out if they could help me, and they only referred me to a plumber named Jerónimo A., who kept rescheduling the visit and eventually told us he couldn't come. In short, I had a very bad experience with this company. I don't recommend them.

I had a bad experience with a service provided by this company. The replacement of a mixer tap and an angle valve revealed poor quality, dishonesty, and a refusal to acknowledge that they too can make mistakes. They lack empathy, and I do not recommend their service. I'm sharing images showing that they use glue to cover up their errors and then tell the customer they aren't responsible for their work! Be very careful!
