They replaced two stop valves for three thousand pesos, including the valves—extremely expensive! But when they turned them on, leaks started coming in from the pipe joints. They re-solded them, but it was still a bad job, and the leak continued. And well, no water ever came into the house because there was air in the pipes. That alone would have cost an extra 1400 pesos. I had to hire another plumber to solder everything they couldn't and bleed the air out of the pipes for another 1000 pesos. Never hire anyone until you read the reviews. Here's what I did.

Terrible, abusive, and it seems more like a scam than a plumbing service. I requested their service to simply replace the service valve on a stationary tank, as the old one had already been removed (it was just a matter of installing the new one). They tell you they'll send a technician, and that this costs 150 pesos if you don't accept the technician's estimate.
In my case, they quoted me 1200 pesos just to install the service valve on the tank. This is outrageous pricing, and the way they handle it makes it seem more like a scam. I recommend you be careful not to fall victim to this abuse by this terrible plumbing service.

I have no words to express how ABUSIVE they are. I requested a service that was extremely expensive, only worked for a couple of days, and when I asked them to fix it because I had already paid, they blocked all communication and washed their hands of the shoddy work they did. TERRIBLE SERVICE, POOR CUSTOMER CARE, ABUSIVE, SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT HIRE THEM. If I had read the reviews, I would have saved myself a lot of money and frustration.

Terrible service, don't hire them! They charged me an exorbitant 8,100 pesos to replace the shower pipe, and the man who came at the end of the job was very aggressive; he almost hit me because I refused to hire any more masonry services. They are extremely unpunctual and stood me up for three days. Don't hire them; save yourself a very unpleasant experience. They are not trustworthy, especially because of the plumber's aggressive behavior in my own home.

They charge a lot, really, really expensive! And after a few weeks, the service is no longer valid. You ask, and it turns out their warranty is only for "15 days," but they don't give you any paperwork stating that. Please don't waste your money.
