Tuve un tema con la persona que fue a a atender mi solicitud pero el área de Servicio al Cliente estuvo super atenta y me ayudaron a resolverlo sin darle vueltas al asunto. Volvería a considerarlos para otro trabajo o emergencias sin dudarlo :)

Excellent service, very professional. He arrived in 15 minutes on a rainy night and fixed my bathroom problem very quickly. Mr. Juan Granados was very professional and even advised us on other details.

Luckily, I found this 24-hour service online. I called after 8 pm, and they were at my house in less than an hour to check my water heater. They provide a 30-day warranty, which I found very professional. Both the person who answered my call and the technicians who performed the service were very friendly.

Inflation is crazy, or I can't explain it. Last year they replaced a shower seal for me for $300 MXN, and today they charged me $550 MXN for the exact same thing.
In the response they said it was two seals, but that's a lie. I only had one seal replaced for $550.
They provide excellent service, but they've gone way overboard with the prices. Thanks, but no thanks.
