The technician is very detail-oriented and always looks for the best option. In our case, he disassembled a key cartridge and went to the store to find the equivalent, comparing it directly. This took him quite a while, but he found the part we needed at an excellent price, regardless of the time it took. Because he's so good, he's in high demand, so there's sometimes a bit of a wait, but it's worth it; he's very professional :)

He was supposed to arrive at a time he told me, but he didn't show up. He never contacted me to let me know he wouldn't be coming; I had to call him, and even then he only told me at the last minute that he wasn't coming. Very unprofessional.
