After vetting 5 contractors who did not check all my boxes to replace my kitchen drain line, stack, toilet drain, and sewer line, I called Pipe It Up. Rashad was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He understood what I wanted, and generated an estimate with precision. When I had questions, Rashad had patient honest answers. There was no nonsense, and his pricing was competitive. The guys in his crew are extremely hard working conscientious people. It was clear they have a lot of experience working together, and mutual respect for one another. Using Pipe Bursting technology (HDPE), our old sewer line was replaced without digging up the entire yard, or cutting down any trees. Only 2 small trenches were required. One at the city main in the back of the yard, and one near the house. Now we have a seamless sewer line impervious to tree roots. Permits were pulled, and the work quickly passed inspection. After Rashad's team backfilled the new sewer line, they returned pavers, stones, and wood chips to their original locations. The yard looks like almost nothing has happened, and we have a ten year warranty on all the work that was done. When I realized I needed a major plumbing overhaul, it was overwhelming. Once I found Pipe It Up, and hired Rashad, I knew everything was going to work.

Pipe It Up was quick to come out and made appointments the same day we called. Paul was great completing the project we needed to have done with a reasonable price (cap a gas line so we could convert our oven area from a gas stove to electric). He was very nice. We were going to have some simpler projects done (replacing shower heads, toilet parts), but the overall quote for the multiple easier tasks was too high for us so we ended up doing them ourselves. We will definitely continue to use Pipe It Up for projects we can’t do on our own as the price for that was reasonable.

Had some issues with my main sewer line at home and called Pipe It Up at the recommendation of a neighbor. They were super easy to work with from the first call all the way through the job. They came out, figured out the problem, and even handled things with my insurance company. The quote they gave me was exactly what I paid, no surprises. They replaced my sewer line in a timely manner and did a really solid job. Rashad, the owner, was great to work with and very professional. I’ll definitely call them again if I need anything in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
