I honestly can’t believe anyone would give Petty Family Plumbing less than 5 stars. I found them while searching for a plumber to fix our tankless water heaters, and we were in a real bind because our tenants had no hot water. Wyatt was great and sent someone out the very next morning. The plumber not only repaired the issue, but also took time to show our maintenance staff what to do next time to help prevent the same problem. He really didn’t have to share that kind of helpful plumbing advice, and that level of honesty and integrity meant a lot. Since then, they have become our go-to plumbing company. They have cleared clogged drain lines for much less than other plumbers we had used before, and the work was done quickly and professionally. More recently, we needed two sewer lines and traps removed, which included heavy work like jackhammering. They scheduled the job right away, handled everything efficiently, and the price came in far below another quote we received. At this point, I only get another estimate so I can show the owners just how outstanding the service, value, and plumbing work really are.

Highest regards for this plumbing and hvac team. My first contact was with calvin, the service manager, on a friday afternoon, and he promptly scheduled robert and wyatt to come out to our home. They arrived exactly when promised and handled our a/c drain line replacement without delay. The inspection was done quickly, they clearly explained what needed to be fixed, gave us a fair quote, and completed the repair right away. As new homeowners in the area, it can feel like a gamble choosing a contractor, but this turned out to be the right choice the first time. The crew was professional, courteous, and easy to talk with, and they left the work area clean when the job was done. It was a smooth service call from start to finish, and we could not be more pleased with the quality of the plumbing-related repair and the overall experience.

A recent update: Robert came by this morning to remove my garbage disposal and reconnect the kitchen sink plumbing. He arrived right on time, was very polite, didn’t mind my cat trying to help, and finished the job fast. He also took a moment to do a free check of the toilet after a small repair I had done myself, along with the bathroom sink drain. That was very helpful. I first reached out for a second estimate on a broken hose bib, and the price was much lower than the other quote. Since then, they have replaced my water heater, repaired kitchen sink piping, and helped with other plumbing needs around the house. Every plumber I’ve dealt with has been honest, hardworking, and easy to talk to. They explain the work clearly, do solid plumbing repairs, and never try to upsell anything unnecessary. It’s reassuring to have a reliable plumbing company with technicians like Robert, Wyatt, and Calvin who provide great service and take pride in their work.

Wyatt from Petty Family Plumbing showed up just a few hours after we called about our blocked pipes that were draining slowly. He spent over two hours working through the clog and getting our plumbing back to normal so we could use everything again without trouble. He also took a little time to explain a few simple pipe maintenance tips, which was very helpful for avoiding future drain issues. Even though he was focused and quiet while working, he was professional, efficient, and clearly knew his plumbing work well. Overall, they are a solid choice for plumbing service in La Vista.
