My husband and I have really enjoyed working with company: Pete the Plumbing Pro over the past few years. The first time we called, we had a serious plumbing problem with our main sewer line clogged and everything backing up. Barry and Nathaniel arrived late in the evening, stayed calm, treated us with respect, and got the issue handled quickly at a very fair price. We had heard of others paying much more for similar drain and sewer work, so we were very thankful for the honest pricing and fast response. More recently, during a home renovation, they did excellent plumbing work for us, including installing a new shower, repairing the water shutoff valves, adding new piping, setting new toilets, and correcting the gas shutoff valves to make sure everything was up to code. The workmanship was solid, clean, and professional, and they explained everything in simple terms so we felt confident about the repairs and installation. They were also very helpful when our tenant thought there might be a water leak. Barry came out, inspected everything carefully, and found that there was no actual leak. We really appreciated the honesty and the fact that they did not charge us for an unnecessary service call. Both plumbers have been dependable, skilled, and easy to work with every time. I would absolutely recommend them and gladly give them 5 stars.

this was a really great experience with pete the plumbing pro. the customer service was excellent, and the email and text updates made it easy to know the appointment time and when the plumber was arriving. the quality of the plumbing service was outstanding. nathaniel was friendly, professional, and very informative, and it felt like having a trusted family friend helping with the project. he explained everything clearly, answered questions, and made the whole visit smooth and stress free. my 3 year old grandson liked him so much he kept saying hi every time he went in and out of the house. overall, it was a great customer experience, and i will definitely call again when i am ready to switch to a tankless water heater.

When we needed to have our main water valves inside the house replaced, Pete the Plumbing Pro was extremely helpful. They coordinated with the city to handle the water shut-off and turn-on, and made sure to fit us in first thing the very next morning, which was amazing since we couldn't use our showers. Barry was the technician who came out, and he was friendly, quick, and arrived right on schedule. The team made the whole process easy and stress-free, getting everything running smoothly again. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs, especially since another plumber told us they'd handle the city paperwork and then turned around and made us call the city ourselves. We canceled with that company right away and are so glad we went with this one. Would definitely call again for any plumbing job!

The hot water faucet in my guest bathroom wouldn’t stop spinning, so I reached out to a plumber for help. Barry came out quickly, took a look, and told me he’d try to find the right parts to fix it. Just a few days later, Barry called early in the morning with good news—he found the parts and could come by that same afternoon. He came over, replaced both the hot and cold valves, and got everything working like new. The whole process was smooth, and the price was fair. I’m very happy with the service and how professional Barry was. My mother recently had her old fiberglass tub enclosure in Dallas transformed into a walk-in, tiled shower with sliding doors and a built-in seat by a local plumbing company. This upgrade has really improved her daily routine, making showering much easier and a lot safer. Nathaniel, the designer, was fantastic at walking us through each step of the project and answering all our plumbing questions. The plumbing team, including Barry, showed up right on time, were very polite, and took great care to do quality work. With their new management, the level of service has definitely gone up. I highly recommend this plumbing crew to anyone in Dallas looking to update their bathroom!
