Perry have been my "to the rescue" guys for last year and a half. Owning an older house the pluming was in need of major upgrade. They were able to keep everything flowing where others could not and I was able to buy time before tackling bigger sewar project. Juan was the nice gentleman that helped me everytime. He was always very courteous, professional and very skilled at his job. He was able to bust through roots where no other company was willing to touch it. The pricing was always very reasonable.. I highly recommend Juan and Perry Pluming to anyone needing pluming services.

Great experience with Perry Pipelining!
Huge thanks to the installation crew. Simon (Crew Lead), Simon, and Daniel did an excellent job lining a cast iron pipe in my Craftsman home in North Park. They were professional, patient, and very thorough, and they took great care while working in an older house. The workmanship and attention to detail really stood out.
Up front, Brandon provided a clear, honest quote and explained the entire pipelining process in a way that was easy to understand.
Lizeth and Margie made scheduling and coordination easy with strong, clear communication throughout the process.
From start to finish, this was a great experience. High‑quality work, excellent communication, and a team that truly cares. I would absolutely recommend Perry Plumbing & Pipelining, especially for older homes.

The team from Perry Plumbing did a great job working diligently over three days to re-line our sewer line. We had a challenging situation due to pipes that were over 100 years old with a number of turns. They showed up on time and stayed late to make sure the job was done right. Great communication in particular by their team lead - Rafael Perez.

Really great experience with Perry Plumbing. They were responsive, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They replaced our pressure regulator and main shut-off valve, fixed the issue with high water pressure, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Fast, clean, and high-quality work. Reasonable price as well. Would definitely use them again.
