Highly recommend PFP. Our water heater sprung a leak at 10pm but luckily we were about to shut off the water to it before any serious damage. Called PFP at 8am the next morning and immediately got a response over the phone, followed up with an email confirmation that Adam E would be arriving around noon. We said okay that's fine. Adam then called me up around 930 saying he was available earlier and I jumped on that. Adam arrived PROMPTLY as he had promised and was very courteous of our property. He reviewed in detail the leak in the water heater, current setup, model#, took detailed pictures along the way and answered all my questions in a professional manner. We wanted the same brand water heater because it had lasted almost 22 years! and Adam ABSOLUTELY DELIVERED!! He was very communicative the entire time while he was out looking for the replacement unit and texted me immediately as he found one and said he could be over in 1hr to do the install. Again, he arrived with the team right on time and went to work. Adam broke down the whole process and worked non-stop until the new heater was in place, functional and the utility room was in a clean condition. He scheduled the permit for the next day and again, remained in constant communication. The whole process from start to finish was very efficient and it definitely felt like Adam E and the team cared highly about getting us running again with a new water heater. Really appreciate the job well done and will be calling PFP in the future for any further needs.

I live in another country and had a water leak at my home. I made numerous calls to "24 hour" and "emergnecy" plumbing companies. None of which. Were either. Peak Flow and the owner himself answered my call for help at 9pm at night. This gentleman personally went to my home and inspected my problem and confirmed the source of the leak was my washer. He provided appliance repair contacts and was absolutely awesome. World class service, character and attitude. Being a tradesman and small business owner myself. It gave me joy to know that there are still honest, dependable and ethical business owners out there. I will absolutely call again fir any future needs. Thank you for everything.

Adam from Peak Flow Plumbing came out very quickly (within a few hours of our request) and gave his recommendation for repair vs replacement. He was easy to work with and explained the issue well. It made more sense to go with the replacement as it was much more cost effective for our nearly 20 year old water heater. They were able to beat the other quote I got for the same job by over $300! Adam was able to replace the water heater within only a few hours. I am very thankful for their speedy and affordable solution to our issue!

Our 15 year old hot water tank sprung a leak on Monday, I called Peak Flow Plumbing mid afternoon and had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Tuesday morning 8am appointment, Adam showed up to inspect the situation and provided a few hot water tank options in pricing with each option explained all the warranties available. After selecting a new tank, Adam and Daniel showed back up at the house about an hour later with the new tank and started the work. Protected our hardwood floors and steps with plenty of cardboard, tarps, and throw rugs. Work was performed very professionally and to our satisfaction. Permit was pulled and now we are just waiting for the inspector to show up. Completely satisfied and will use Peak Flow Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

David, Adam, and Evert were great. Took their time and were more than happy to help. Felt like people I knew for a long time rather than strangers. They stuck to their quote and kept in constant contact. The receptionists were great as well. Even my first couple appointments were booked within a couple days of calling. I didn’t have to wait long at all. I’m so appreciative and definitely recommend.
