Albert impressed with his promptness. He texted me informing he was on the way, and arrived at the very beginning of the estimated 4 hour window. He made the inspection to prepare an estimate for my project needs (need a tankless water heater replaced) and answered all of my questions. He even checked the attic to inspect the current setup. Very professional and thorough. Very good customer experience.

I really appreciate Payless Plumbing & Rooter coming out on a Saturday to help with an emergency repair. They clearly explained the charges upfront, were professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. The plumber made sure everything was working properly before leaving and answered all of my questions. Great service and I’m very thankful for the quick response.

Mikr did a great job unclogging the toilet. He serviced us after hours especially since he drove out of his way during New Year's Eve. Mike didn't mind helping us during this emergency situation. He was friendly and communicated very well.
