I cannot say enough good things about Paws Plumbing! From the moment they arrived, the entire experience was professional, honest, and stress-free. I worked with Sam, and he was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail, answered all of my question (I had a lot), and made sure I fully understood what was going on before any work was done. After the job he called to make sure that the remodeling team was there to help / if there was anything else that he could do or help with. A week after the job I had more questions so I called him and he was so helpful connecting me to who I needed and he really didn’t need to do all that. I really appreciate his help!!
What really stood out to me was how respectful and considerate they were of my home. They were incredibly clean throughout the whole process. They went above and beyond when it came to cleanup, which I truly appreciated.

Samuel is a professional through and through. He installed a Moen Flo, pressure reducing valve and shutoff as well as updated our water heater and both furnace/water gas lines. Top- of-the-line parts are used. We’re truly appreciative of his skill, friendly demeanor and professionalism.

Amazing professional experience. So grateful for them to have customer service support who understood the urgency and sent out a team who was extremely knowledgeable and had all the supplies with them. This experience is worth it and I found the pricing a good value for the high level of service and expertise of the licensed plumbers onsite. Michael, the lead is the BEST. We run a martial arts and fitness gym and had a water heater leaking causing us to limit use of the restroom. We were dispatched Jonathan by Will who kept us up to date and aware of appointment time working on getting us help as fast as possible. Will let us know he could get to us even faster than scheduled. Johnathan got us back to being able to operate and options on solutions. Great honest and fast service!
