after talking about the work and possible work dates, they showed up one morning unannounced, started working. Once working no one on site was able to communicate. The workers turned the water off with no notice after 4pm (it was back on by 6pm). The workers left a muddy alley and sidewalk, and left the gate unlatched, unlocked. Hoping the actual work was done to specification, but it’s underground. Since there was no way to tell the quality of work or professionalism, I wouldn’t have them work on anything again, even if it was courtesy.

These plumbers have done quite a bit of work for me from replacing a water line, replacing a portion of sewer line, installing a new water heater, working on dripping faucets, moving a gas line for a range and installing a water line for an ice maker.
Very reliable and arrive when scheduled.

After over $900 in charges they simply could not unclog the gas line to a gas Lantern. Another plumber had it cleared in 20 minutes and charged me less than $200. I want my money back!

If you ever need a plumber I highly suggest using Paul D Plumber. His staff is friendly, personable, knowledgeable and the absolute best!! This is my second time using this company and I will use them as long as I live.
