I just had a truly fantastic experience with the folks at Pacific Plumbing & Drain. Our sewer ejection pump failed last night and I was supposed to be on a flight to Texas to be with my Dad for his surgery. I was certain I would need to cancel my trip, but because of the responsiveness that I received from Pacific, I'll still be in Texas in time. I canned in the morning, they got me on the schedule and when their journeymen arrived, they wasted no time. A quick assessment and a brief conversation with me and they got to it. Two hours later they were cleaned up and heading out. I've been a tradesperson for almost 30 years and I know what outstanding service is. Mark and Jim from Pacific provided outstanding service. The price was fair, the work was very professional, and I couldn't be happier or more grateful. If you've got a plumbing project or an emergency, don't hesitate to reach out to these folks. They'll care and they'll treat you right.

I recently had a leak in my tankless water heater, so I called Pacific Plumbing & Drain, as I used them recently in the past to fix a leaky kitchen sink and was highly satisfied. And they didn't disappoint the second time either! Tony showed up early, which was nice because I had no water and had to stay in a hotel over the weekend. He was able to fix the problem fairly quickly, and although he recommended I replace the system altogether (it's at least 15 years old), he was able to buy me some time. I had a minor issue about a week later with the hot water heater again, and again, they were able to send someone first thing Monday morning and was able to fix it in minutes! They also showed me how they fixed the problem, in case I encounter the same thing in the future. Everyone I've worked with has been friendly, professional, and very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any plumbing. Thank you!

Quick response time, good advice/explanation of what occurred in my rental with the shower head and pipe. Nicely done repair, including new fixtures and cleanup upon finish. I feel lucky to have found Tony and Pacific Plumbing and Drain Services, who btw were recommended by Stan the Hot Water Man, as I tend to trust referrals from other contractors, and I'm glad I did!

It took a week for them to schedule our service, but other than that everything was great. Folks who came out were very professional and worked quickly. Got the job done on time and we are very satisfied.

Had two plumbers over to fix three pre-existing problems on vintage equipment. They were friendly and professional. Pricing was fair and straightforward. Estimates were accurate. For the one problem which was out of their scope of work, they made excellent recommendations and referrals.
