After receiving an add for a hot water heater flush at a great price I messaged to schedule it. They were quick to gather all of the necessary information to get it scheduled for Monday 6/1.
On 6/1 while in the scheduled service window I got a call and said that the technicians were on emergency jobs all day so can we reschedule. Understanding things happen I rescheduled for today 6/2.
I received another call this time saying that all of the technicians were on jobs that would take all day so can they reschedule.
I cancelled as once I get things happen more than that is a pattern. If you don't have the time or technicians to perform the work you are advertising then adjust your schedules accordingly.

Called them for a steady drip under the kitchen sink. They booked me for the next morning and the tech arrived on time with shoe covers and a drop cloth. He found a hairline crack on the P-trap and replaced it, then snugged a weeping shutoff and tested everything for ten minutes.The musty smell in the cabinet finally cleared and the baseboard stayed dry. Straightforward, professional, would return.

I contacted this company to inspect my propane grill due to a suspected leak and to provide an estimate for my indoor fireplace. The technician advised that the issue was a faulty propane tank and recommended replacing it. After he left, I found out he had left both propane valves open for the grill and fireplace, which I promptly turned off. Upon replacing the tank and attempting to use the grill the next day, it exploded, causing significant damage to the grill and surrounding area, and resulting in burns to my beard, hair, and legs. I am fortunate to have survived.
When I reported the incident, the company avoided my calls, claiming they were in meetings, and denied responsibility, stating there was no written record regarding the grill, despite my having written documentation from the initial inquiry. Additionally, although the estimate was supposed to be free, the technician attempted to charge me $83, which I refused. The general manager eventually informed me that, after consulting with the owner, they would not take any action. This company’s negligence and lack of accountability are deeply concerning.

They really are Option 1! I used the Option One of the Carolinas, in Concord, NC. Contact them for advice, replacement, repairs or new installation. From Celebrity customers to people like little ol' me, everyone is treated like Gold. Seriously, I felt highly valued! Anyway, Tim came out with a colleague and they both evaluated each of my concerns, responding with both short-and-long term solutions at different price points. Consultation and guidance go a long way toward making the best decision for my family. I learned a lot from them and got all my needs taken care of. So glad for their full-service and quick solutions. I have a child with special needs and made some extraordinary requests -- Tim met every challenge with his expertise and became my point-person. I truly am happy, even after paying for new plumbing throughout my home and the tankless water heater and carbon filter. The ability to enjoy my home worry-free is worth all the pennies!!

I am so grateful for option one plumbing! Sammy, Ruben, Fernando, and Tim were who I worked with, and they were all SO fabulous! They did amazing prep work to keep the mess to a minimum, which I super appreciate. All their holes were dug so well, neat and tidy. They clean up after themselves, and where very respectful of our family and life situation. They work quickly and efficiently, and I just can’t praise them enough. Thank you!
