New homeowner here with 20+ year old equipment.
Water heater went out in the snow storm this weekend.

OCB installed a new shower at our business (gym) and rerouted the plumbing to improve the layout of the locker room. They’re super responsive when we called about plumbing issues. They’re our “go-to” for any water/sewer problems.

After multiple issues with another retailer resulted in a week without hot water. The team at OCB plumbing had reached out to me. They went above and beyond to help me get a replacement water heater purchased and installed all in one day. Best part was total cost with OCB was actually cheaper than the other store!! Thanks OCB plumbing!

Jeremiah with OCB came out and cleared my floor drain last night. They did a great job, were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Also, he should get a raise.

These people are the most honest and trustworthy plumbing company we have ever dealt with!
Very nice employees, did great work and charged an honest price, unlike other plumbing companies in town that try to charge thousands of dollars for a few hours of plumbing repairs. Would recommend to anyone!!
