Absolutely exceptional - beginning to end. Communication and scheduling was fantastic. Our 1906 sewer line was threatening to give up the ghost. Our first visit from another company was completely incorrect and Bobby was the second opinion we definitely needed! Use of the hydrovac truck to install our 6" cleanout kept our (obsessive) landscaping pristine - no giant soil tombstone in our front yard for a year! The crew showed up on time, every time and did a phenomenal job. They are all masters of their craft and are super warm and friendly. The technology is fascinating and when they left, it was like they were never there! I can't recommend this company enough - really great experience that I'll share with everyone! Thanks NuFlow team!

Bobby from NuFlow was excellent to work with. He came out to provide an estimate for a broken sewer pipe after we started experiencing some backup into our home. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and clearly explained both an immediate fix option as well as a longer-term solution that he highly recommended.
What stood out most was how personal, understanding, and honest he was throughout the entire process. He made sure we understood our options without any pressure and was extremely professional from start to finish. He also helped get us scheduled quickly, which was a huge relief given the urgency of the issue.
So far, the entire NuFlow team has been great to work with, and we really appreciate how well they’ve taken care of us. I’ll be sure to provide another update once the work is fully completed, but based on our experience so far, I would absolutely recommend Bobby and the NuFlow team.

Had a great experience with this company. These are professionals, unlike two other big companies I dealt with during our plumbing ordeal.
NuFlow was able to come out and do the trenchless UV cured-in-place pipe replacement of our main line in a single day.
We saved over $18k from what we were quoted, by a large regional plumbing company, to dig up and replace the line (and that didn’t include the cost of repairing the yard afterwards!).

We live in an older home that has always had sewer backup issues a couple of times a year. We had a couple companies come out for estimates to repair the work. NuFlow was by far the most friendly and professional. When they came to do the estimate there was no charge for taking a full length video of our line - - our line is very long (95feet). They provided us the video at no charge to keep for our records. We then consulted about the price of repairing the entire line versus installing a new cleanout. NuFlow does lining to repair the pipe versus digging up the pipe which was preferable to us because we didn't want a trench in our entire front yard.
The entire line repair was quoted at $18,700 and the cleanout was quoted at $6,600. Travis Perry is the point person for all NuFlow Indy service. I was on the phone with him several times and he was nothing but friendly and answered all of my questions. NuFlow was never pushy.
NuFlow takes care of all the permits required and contacts the city to have utilities marked.
Travis worked with me on questions I had about how many vehicles would come to our house the day of the repair because our driveway is long but not very wide.
The day of the repair the crew showed up promptly and communicated with me about where best to park their vehicles so they didn't have to run all over the yard. One of the best moments is when they brought out their digger and used plywood under the tracks to save our grass....we really appreciated that attention to detail! The crew of three guys was there from 9:30a - approx 3:00p.
After the installation was done they did a cleanout of the entire line then took another video - which they sent to us for our records at no charge. This seems like a little thing but it was included with the quote/cost of the service and none of the other contractors we had come out did this. A couple said we could pay extra to get the line cleaned after the repair.
A sewer line repair is probably one of the least sexy house projects, but NuFlow Indy made did an awesome job for us. If there were 10 extra stars, they would get all of them.

I learned that a home I was selling had a couple of ceramic pipe collapses and that my repair obligation included pipes under the street to the water main. What a nightmare!! I chose NuFlow to minimize yard damage. They were terrific to work with, kept their word and communicated well and respectfully. I’m not sure I saved any $$ over a plumber, but they obviously knew what they were doing with permits,etc.and provided a transferable warranty. Highly recommend.
