Tom was the third plumber I called to detect and fix a tricky leak in my basement. Not only was he able to quickly identify the source of the leak, but he also repaired it efficiently and at a fair price. Unlike the other plumbers, he didn’t push unnecessary diagnostics that could have led to an expensive bathroom remodel. Honest, skilled, and reasonable, I highly recommend him.

I needed a new water softener as well as a new tankless water heater installed and Tom's estimate was the lowest. Despite the low cost, his work was top-notch. You could tell he really knew what he was doing and he left the site clean and looking great. Nice guy and good communication as well.

I highly recommend Northern Oak Plumbing for their prompt, affordable, and same-day service. Tom, the technician, was friendly, professional, and even understanding of my mistake and did not tease me over the plumbing issue I caused. He did an excellent job, and I am confident I have found my go-to plumber for future needs.
Edit: I had to call Northern Oak Plumbing back to come fix another issue (not caused by me but was created by the original finisher. Yup, that's a nail hole from the base board) Tom again was fast, efficient, and fixed the problem. There was no delay in my home repair project. I am very pleased with this service. Definitely 💯 my Go-to Plumber.

They did a great job. It wasn’t easy working in a tight crawl space. They came out the next day and fixed the drainage issue with our cast iron pipe. It’s our only shower and we really appreciated the fast service. The cost was very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

Professional quality service, we were installing new kitchen cabinets and needed help working out the sink plumbing, Tom came in and cut everything off for us so we could install the sink cabinet and then made himself available to reconnect the plumbing and install our dishwasher the day after the countertops were installed. This included drilling all necessary holes in cabinets etc to feed pipes through, did a really nice job. Tom was responsive, efficient, provided a detailed estimate prior and stuck to his estimate, definitely recommend and would use again.
