Had clogged sink drain in the bathroom. After some unsuccessful adventures with my dad we gave up and called in. They had Kyle out within a matter of hours. 2 hours after showing up everything working according. Price quoted was spot on and fair. While he was there noticed the clogged drain could do to be updated and that sink and one additional sink needed to be replaced as they were falling out of the walls. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable and the price point was reasonable we went ahead with the quote and got everything done. Kyle and his team went above and beyond what was asked. Highly recommend!

My toilet backed up and I called several plumbers. None of them could get me in the same day. Nine Line showed up in 30 minutes, fixed the issue fast, and charged less than what the other companies had quoted me.
Justin and the other plumber who came with him were professional and did great work.

I’d just like to say we hired them this week and I wasn’t available and my wife had to deal with them they were very respectful and didn’t try to price gouge her , we had another plumbing service (Daunheiser) i probably misspelled the name , come bye the day prior day and walk in for 5mins and not even try to do anything (clogged shower) and said they would have to return the following day and get on the roof and bring another guy and tried to quote her about 4times the normal amount so we reached out to Nine Line and they sent Justin & Kenny they were super respectful and we had a mess where we are currently remodeling and they made no big deal about it at all came in ran an auger down the sink and was finished in about 30-45 mins , for anyone hiring a plumbing service I absolutely recommend using 9 lines plumbing the service was good & price what you would expect for an hour job , the guys were extremely polite they office reached out to update us on appointment & time of arrival that morning they were just really good, i normally don’t write reviews just feels good to be treated with respect in today’s society.

Nine Line Plumbing sent a representative to complete the job, but he was unable to figure out the connection. I was charged a $75 service fee, which I was told would be deducted from the final bill once they returned to finish the work.
I called the next day to schedule the garbage disposal installation, and the person I spoke with said they would call me back, but I never heard from them again. As a result, I had to hire another company to complete the job. Despite not finishing the work, they still kept the $75 service fee.
Based on this experience, I would not consider using their services again.
