An absolute 5 star experience. From start to finish NGI exceeded my expectations. I had a 100 year old cast iron sewer line that needed a 100 ft re-line with CIPP liner. Project manager, Cosmin, was professional, honest, thorough and clear regarding the scope of the project. The team of Juan (team lead), Pedro, Luis and Miguel arrived early on the day of the job and got to work immediately, finishing in half the amount of time that I thought it would take. They were professional and courteous. Best of all, the price was literally 1/3 of estimates I received from other vendors. I could not be more impressed. I will recommend them highly to any and all of my friends and neighbors. Thank you!

I called several companies to repair my old sewer pipe that had deteriorated badly over the years. NGI responded very quickly and when Cosmin arrived he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and it was obvious the other firms I had talked to were nowhere near the competency level of these guys. They diagnosed the problem, told me what I needed to repair and importantly what I didn’t need to repair because the pipe was fine. I contracted them immediately and schedule them within in 2 business days. Wow. What a great job. They worked all day, and completed the job in just 1 day! My sewer line has been re-lined. It works great and I’m so happy.
Do yourself a favor. Save your time and effort and call these guys. Cosmin and his crew will fix it right for you. Tell them Max sent you.

We had a very productive and favorable experience with NGI. The technician in charge of our project was Bob Cosmin, who was a pleasure to work with. His crew was and did a professional job installing a liner into our deteriorating drainage pipe. We happily recommend NGI for this type of project.

Incredibly professional company! Cosmin came out to inspect our sewer line to see if it was eligible for a trenchless pipe lining w/ PVC. Turns out, we have a city/county line running through our property that ours dumps into, so we wouldn't be responsible for repairs on the main line. He provided photos and a video of the inspection, so that we could let the county know about some root intrusion. All in all, would highly recommend and use them again!
