Collin came out on Christmas eve! From the first call to the finished work, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They showed up on time, clearly explained the issue, and fixed it quickly. The work was clean, high-quality, and fairly priced. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again.

We called New Braunfels Plumbing & Drain when our main line had a blockage and flooded our downstairs bathroom. It was an after-hours call but they responded quickly, diagnosed our issue and cleared the blockage. Braeden was great, very professional and very efficient.

My husband was weed eating and he sliced through an exposed water pipe in the backyard and water spewed everywhere! Called New Braunfels Plumbing and Drain because a friend recommended them. Austin came out within the hour and fixed it without a hitch! Will definitely use again in the future if needed! Reasonable cost as well😊
