Josh came out sat and helped us with our old furnace.. the mother board completely fried out.. then today Monday 2-21-26 Josh and Jamar came out and installed a new furnace new thermostat and we got a new central air unit.. so happy with the work both gentlemen did.. and happy to have my heat back.. been a pretty wicked couple of days with space heaters.. thanks boys!!

Just got my annual water heater flush, and system check done. Great price, and great service! All of our HVAC work is done by Neighborhood and, through the years, we have had them replace, and install every system in the house (air conditioner, furnace, water heater, water pressure tank). Their people are always professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable.

Eric was so thorough and has a lot of knowledge about our furnace and air conditioning. I would highly recommend neighborhood plumbing, heating, air conditioning to anyone. And also all the rebates and discounts. In today's market that's very important to us.

I have no clue how they have such a high rating. Neighborhood completely disappointed me. I scheduled a 24 hour pressure test to have a new meter installed. Very simple test where two ends of the pipes are capped and one has a psi reader. Then is read after 24 hours of holding pressure. The first time the technician never followed up after the 24 hours to read the meter. The second time the technician took apart the caps before the inspector could look at it. Im not sure how they screwed up such a simple test 2 times in a row and still charged me 400$ when they quoted around 100 since it is an easy job that only takes a couple minutes to do. Will never go through neighborhood again.

Bought a new boiler from them last spring. As soon as the weather turned cold we started having problems with an alarm going off all the time.apparently the wiring was not installed properly. They were here for 3 hours last week but it still isn't working properly. In fact, when the first technician arrived, he didn't even know what he was here to work on.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Look elsewhere!!
Also , their customer service is basically non-existant.
