Tim and the team did a great job. I had started a plumbing project changing out a shower tub combo and decided to call My Plumber LLC and let the pros handle it. Tim arrived and told me what was needed to finish it and gave me a great quote. He ordered the correct parts and the next day arrived and finished the project. He came during the schedule window and communication both via text and phone was great. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and professionalism. Would use again and highly recommend.

My plumber was a lifesaver! I called them at 9:00 on a Sunday morning and Tim showed up at 12:00 to fix the frozen pipe issue. He had back up and running in an hour. Thank you so much my plumber for your timely service and professionalism.

We had an excellent experience with this plumbing company. After having two other plumbers come out who couldn’t figure out where our leak was coming from, he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and found that the bathroom sink had a crack causing the leak. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough throughout the entire process.
He came back out promptly to replace the sink, and everything looks and works great now. On top of that, he took the time to explain some helpful information about our sump pump and how to properly maintain it, which we really appreciated.
It’s hard to find honest, reliable service these days, and this company definitely exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend to anyone needing a trustworthy plumber!

If I could give Tim more than 5 stars, I would! He's a hands-on professioal who demonstrated his hard work and skill. Tim came to our house to scope out the repairs that needed to be done and gave me a fair price. No price gouging, just honest workmanship. It's hard to give trust away especially to a stranger. It didn't take long for me to see I could trust him. I have already scheduled him to do more work. I highly recommend him to anyone with confidence.

This company was amazing. I called them to get some help with troubleshooting my tankless water heater as we had no hot water, and it was my 3rd round of repairs. The first two was by a different company. This plumber technician named Tim not only came same day but showed up early which was great and convenient. Did the repairs, and retested. So grateful they could accommodate us same day. Hopefully, this will be the last repair. Would recommend Mr. Plumber LLC any day. Thank you much.
