Our experience with Murray Service Company has been good. We were experiencing a problem with a new water heater and Murray service responded to the manufacturers request right away and they have kept up with us while we were awaiting parts from the manufacturer. The service man Josh who came to install the parts was very capable and took the time to explain everything that he was doing and was very pleasant to have in our home. I would have confidence to call them for anything in the future that we would need for our plumbing!

Murray Service Company. We recently had a tankless water heater installed at our home in Kerrville, Texas and I honestly did not even know it was an option for us because it had to be installed outside. Murray Service Company made it happen, and it freed up a ton of room inside, which my wife absolutely loves.
The performance has been a complete game changer. We get hot water all day and night and we never run out. I used to have to jump in the shower really quick in the morning before my wife got in there, and she takes about an hour and a half, so you can imagine how that went. Now it does not matter. There is always hot water when I need it.
Living in Kerrville, our water is extremely hard, so reliability was a big concern. Murray Service Company recommended a tankless water heater that is built for hard water, came with a 15 year warranty for hard water specifically, and it has a built in descaler. The install was clean, professional, and they communicated clearly the entire time.
I also heard they are teaming up with a AC company in Kerrville, and I am genuinely excited about that. We need more local plumbing and AC companies in Kerrville that communicate well and do quality work. If you are looking for a reliable plumber in Kerrville or a team you can trust for a tankless water heater installation, I highly recommend Murray Service Company.

Was more of a salesman. Address everything I didn’t have but needed not what I had asked for. Thousands of cost, but when asked to address what I wanted and felt I needed still trying to upgrade what I had. Won’t use nor recommend Murray plumbing. Paid for service call which was very affordable.
